I‘ve actually been gone for a few days now (vacation day cash in!) but for those 17 people who read my blog, are not my close friends and family, and give a crap I’d want to let you know I’ve left TWoP for greener pastures. We’ll always have the strudy tube.

This was the most confusing thing I had ever read…until I read about it a minute later on Tomato Nation. I can only hope there is a giant novelty check involved.
The Tubeys are killing me. TWoP won’t be the same. Ever.

I have been a fan of the TWOP site for years. First off, as someone who works in the Internet space let me say that I think the TWOP site is one of the most intuative and well designed sites I have ever used.
Suffice it to say I am not surprised at your departure (hmmm…wasn’t it about a year ago that you sold TWOP to Bravo?), but I wanted to take the time to thank you for all of the enjoyment you’ve caused me over the years. The few times I had technical issues you were very responsive and helpful. I understand that Tara and Sarah are predominently responsible for the content, but you were responsible for the ability to access the content, and I know that is not any small feet.
I wish you and Tara all the sucess in the future and I look forward to learning about your upcoming projects here on your site.

Glark, I’m also a big fan of TWoP. I was just thinking the other day how much more fun the Pixel Challenges were back when you ran them, and now I hear you’re leaving altogether. I’m sad, and I also hope the site doesn’t become Hollywood-corporate-evil-mediocre. I just hope leaving is something you guys wanted to do, not something The Man made you do. And of course I wish you all the best of luck in whatever you do next, and I’ll keep reading your blog to find out what it is.
Yeah, those pixel challenges were fun — prufrock2’s consistent genius amazed me.
…Damn it. It’s like the old, familiar, kickass Mom & Pop place got razed by a big box store.
I’ll miss the personal touch you and Wing and Sars brought to the site, and I’ll be shaking my fist at the inevitable screwing up of TWoP, courtesy of The Man. Much luck in those greener pastures.

It sucks that you’re going - honestly, looking at bravotv.com, and specifically the Project Runway portion of the site, I fear for the future of TwoP’s layout more than anything else.

I came to TWoP almost five years ago and found other people who shared the same love I had for tv. Throughout the years, you and TWoP had been my constant. Something I could always count on to be there no matter what day I had. Plus your “must respect other posters” rule makes it the top message board site for me.
I made some great friendships there and had some really great moments (and a few not so great) but overall, I wouldn’t trade it for anything (Except to win the lottery, heh)

A TWoP pal pointed me over here. I was part of that group from the Veronica Mars Meet Market that donated to Tubey’s Kids/Donor’s Choose a couple of years ago as a thank you for making TWoP. I’ve actually made some really good pals because of your site, so thank you kindly. The forums definitely won’t be the same without you, but I wish you all the best.

When I saw you photoshopped as Buck Nekkid (you look like you are humming “It’s Business Time” [from Flight of the Conchords, in case you haven't heard it] to yourself there), I wondered if you would rue the day you ever started the Pixel Challenges. Glark - Late to the party but I, too, just wanted to express my thanks for all the years of enjoyment you and your co-conspirators have provided me at TWoP. I was a little surprised at how sad the news of your (and Wing & Sars) departure. After all (as my coworkers so kindly pointed out): not only have I never met any of you, I’ve never corresponded with you via email or phone. Funny how you can get to feel a kinship with people you’ve only met through the strudy internet tubes.
So good luck, and thanks for all the fishcakes. I’m looking forward to what you come up with next.
