Heat Rash Contest!
Posted on Jan 11, 2010 in Blog

Well I am sick again and if history has taught me anything it is that within the next 36 hours I will develop a non-itching but nevertheless horrible-looking heat rash on my upper chest and shoulders. Now a lesser man would just let that pass without comment but I kind sir, I am not a lesser man. I am a bigger man.
Guess the time of the appearance of my impending heat rash and you can win a Glarkware shirt of your choice.
Anytime between Noon ET today (Jan 11) and Midnight ET tomorrow (Jan 12) is in the mix. Closest guess to the appearance of The Rash wins. In the event of a tie the person with the name best suited to be an action movie star wins.
Submit your guesses in the comments. You can login with your email or use the Facebook Connect button.
Update: Winner winner, free shirt dinner!

Someone took 11:11 tomorrow so I’m take 11:11 tonight (the 11th). Because that’s my birthday and all.

Ladies and gentlemen. 1:50pm ET. We have rashdown. Repeat: Rashdown.
Correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like “MAD” Molly D was the closest with 2:11pm ET, only 21 minutes off the mark.
That’s the power of the palindrome.
Shirt arrived yesterday and was a big hit at happy hour with my fellow librarians. Thanks again Glark! http://brizzly.com/pic/17LJ
