I have seen those signs around for a while. I have no idea what they mean. Just seems like gibberish.
No gibberish: Schizophrenia… Seems to be. Disorganised thinking, hallucinations, and some paranoid feeling among other symptoms, like as focusing on a word.
Oh, Liza! There was a photocopied sign (written in felt pen) in Vancouver’s West End this year that said:
“On Feb 17th, I will use the available light in Vancouver to make a fire. I am not sure how big but probably pretty big.”
I wasn’t able to get a photograph, tho.
